Face to Face and Online Psychological Therapy and Counselling
For individuals 12 years and older.
Anneke provides psychological therapy for people who are struggling with any aspect of their lives. She assists people who feel sad and lonely, nervous and anxious, have work or life related stress, concerns in their relationships, or those wishing to gain personal insight.
Anneke's therapeutic style depends on what you present and how you like to work. It could include emotion focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, education about how the brain works and its relationship with our body, visualisation or mindfulness work.
Aidworkers | Expatriates | Journalists | FIFO workers
Supporting people who live and work away from home, in complex environments and workplaces.
Anneke has a particular passion in supporting expatriates, humanitarian aid workers, journalists and Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) staff who live and work away from home. Having worked, studied, and lived internationally, and remotely in Australia, Anneke has first-hand experience of the complexity of these environments. Her own experience of conducting work with limited psychosocial support has been a motivation to provide support for people working in the field, or during the transition and adjustment upon return.
